The one chore that makes me smile

Elias is not very good at setting the table.  For a child who becomes easily distracted, we get forks on the wrong side of the plate and napkins in all shapes and forms.  Sometimes, it is just easier to do it my self!  However, Elias has become an ace at making his bed.  Each morning, he dresses himself and then makes the bed.  I love his attention to detail.  He places all the Pooh characters in a line and folds his little tiny yellow blankie and the other child's blanket.  For a boy who has some weak fine motor skills, I am so pleased by his bed making progress, but even more pleased that I don't have to remind him.  He comes bouncing down the stairs, like Tigger, to show me his good work.
